Respuesta: It came with a MUSIC stand (just for books/sheets etc), not a keyboard stand. Maybe punctuation on advert not so good. -

Respuesta: I dont know why others can't but i just put headphones in or earphones. There is no noise from the keyboard speakers doing this. It's all in the headphones so I don't know why people are saying otherwise.Maybe a fault that has been fixed? Also without headphones/earphones it DOES turn right down as somebody stated. -

Respuesta: I think you will need to contact the seller, if you need to return it as faulty it shouldn't make a difference. If it's because you have changed your mind the seller will tell you.
