Respuesta: Check there is no fluff or anything stopping the wheels from turning. If that doesn't work, try new batteries. It uses a lot of battery power so needs full batteries. Hope this helps. -

Respuesta: Sorry, no idea about the suspension. I bought it for my grandson for Christmas and as far as the batteries are concerned, I don't think they come with any.
