responder: On its own, just small venues (as with any 25 watt amp). If you're looking to gig, I'd invest in the 50 watt version. Personally, I would not look to gig with the 25 watt version. It's a great amp but it's 25 Watts. -

responder: Yes, it's very easy. Download the Marshall Gateway app and you can do it all through that. -

I just got my amp and it rattles when I tilt it. Is that supposed to happen?
responder: Sounds like something loose. No, it should not rattle. -

Does this amp crackle?
responder: Not that I've ever heard, though crackling is usually due to poor leads, effects units with insufficient earthing, or poor electrical circuit in the property. The amp gives pretty faithful replicas of other amps, though it takes time to get these as you want them. The 25 watt version doesn't have a 12 in speaker, so extra tweaking is required to get close to a 12 in sound. However, through headphones or DAW output, it's pretty spot on. It is a great amp I wouldn't be without it. -

Can you play an electro acoustic guitar with this amp as well?
responder: Yes, there seems to be an acoustic amp setting too. I can't specify how good it is (I don't play electro acoustic), but so far the amp has delivered my required tones. -

responder: I’m guessing so. It has a standard 1/4 inch Jack that I play an electric ukulele through. A good amp for the price! -

responder: Once you become familiar with the settings, it is quite easy to adjust to get the kind of sounds you're looking for. I found it a really good amp, especially for the home. -

responder: Yes, it would be quicker and easier with the Foot Pedal.
