That's where our CTAB Extraction Buffer comes in. With the help of Polyvinylpyrrolidone, a powerful polyphenol binding agent, our buffer effectively removes polysaccharides and polyphenols, ensuring clean DNA extraction. The extraction protocol involves homogenizing the plant samples in CTAB Extraction Buffer, followed by centrifugation to remove debris and polysaccharides.
