Slow 'N Sear Grids & Grates Editorial Review

The Slow 'N Sear is a high-quality device that helps to create two temperature zones in your grill (direct and indirect heating zones). It is made up of ventilated, stainless steel bottom plate that makes cleaning up after a cook (removing unused coals) easier. The device is perfects low and slow, hot and fast, roasting, baking, and searing on a kettle grill. Most customers enjoyed using the Slow 'N Sear, with many customers praising it for making cooking and temperature controls so easy. There were a few customers, however, who claimed it was overpriced gimmick and could carry out the same functions with other methods, i.e., bank your charcoal on one side of your grill, and then put in an aluminum water pan on the other half of the grill and fill it with water.
