The swing set is not hurricane-resistant, and the manufacturer recommends using concrete anchors instead of the included spiral ground anchors. While the set can be placed on concrete, it is not recommended as it is not safe for kids to climb high on concrete surfaces. Backyard Discovery does not offer installation services as of this time. The playhouse area measures around 106"x72," and with the slide, it measures around 106"x163." A rock wall is included but not challenging.
