Nutritionist's Take
The Cigar Oasis Excel 3.0 is primarily a device designed for maintaining optimal humidity levels for cigars, and it does not have nutritional benefits in the traditional sense. Nutritionists do not typically assess products like this for health claims or ingredient quality since it is not a food product. However, smoking cigars has well-documented health risks, including potential heart disease and cancer due to tobacco use. Therefore, while the humidor may help preserve the quality of cigars for connoisseurs, it does not contribute positively to dietary needs or overall health. Consumers should be cautious about the health implications of cigar smoking and consider whether such indulgence fits into their overall wellness goals.
