Respuesta: It is designed for .19-.26 size engines so you may find it to be too loose of a fit for the .16 depending on the size of your cooling head. You can operate the heater with a 2 cell lipo and reach max temps. -

Respuesta: No, you will fry the heating element. Just use 3s lipo and it will be fine. -

Respuesta: The blinking red LED is a low voltage warning. Low Voltage warning when the power source is down to 9-10v.
