After initial pairing, the mouse can quickly reconnect without the need for an additional wireless receiver. This feature is especially useful for users who switch between multiple devices, such as laptops and tablets, ensuring smooth transitions. Ideal for on-the-go productivity, this allows professionals and students to maximize their mobility without being tethered by cables.

The straightforward battery compartment also allows for quick and hassle-free changes.

Can I customize buttons on the Logitech M557?

The M557 can be a good secondary option for light gaming in a pinch.

What can I do if my Logitech M557 is not connecting?

If your Logitech M557 is not connecting, first ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Then, check if the mouse is properly charged or has a functional battery. Logitech Mice 910-003971 Editorial Review

The Logitech M557 Bluetooth Mouse is a reliable mouse that comes with a 1-year battery life, side-to-side scrolling, and can be used with both Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows computers and laptops. Some customers have reported issues with connectivity due to interference from other wireless devices, but this seems to be a common issue with Bluetooth mice in general. However, the mouse has good range and works well with 5 GHz wireless internet. It also has a wheel that doubles as a middle mouse click button and can work with any device that has Bluetooth. Overall, the mouse is sturdy and performs quite well with no choppy movements or issues. Some customers have reported that the clicks are not as quiet as they would like, and the device is a little heavy due to two batteries. However, it is easy to connect to computers and has a nice ergonomic design that fits the hand well.
