vevouk 230ml Double Walled Flower Shape Insulated Glass Coffee Cups Set of 2, Heat Resistant Borosilicate Glasses Mugs with Handle for Tea, Latte,

The Vevouk Double Wall Insulated Glass Coffee Mugs Set is a visually appealing product that promises to keep your hot drinks at the perfect temperature while remaining cool to the touch on the outside. However, the overall customer experience and reception of this product has been mixed. One common issue that customers have encountered is that the mugs can crack in the dishwasher after only a couple of uses. This is a disappointing flaw that significantly reduces the lifespan of the product. Additionally, some users have reported that the handle of the mug snapped off at the bottom, indicating a potential weakness in the design. Another downside is the occurrence of condensation between the walls of the mug, which creates an unattractive mess. This may not affect the functionality of the mug, but it does detract from its overall aesthetic appeal. In terms of packaging, some customers have expressed their disappointment that the mugs were not properly packaged and were instead sent in just the original box. This lack of packaging resulted in the surprise being ruined for a recipient who lived in the same house. However, there were positive aspects of this product highlighted by customers. The mugs were praised for their beautiful appearance once filled with tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. Users also appreciated the easy-to-hold design and the fact that the mugs remained cool to the touch, making them ideal for use with Nespresso Coffee machines. Overall, the Vevouk Double Wall Insulated Glass Coffee Mugs Set offers a visually appealing option for enjoying hot beverages. However, potential buyers should be aware of the reported issues with cracking in the dishwasher, handle durability, and condensation between the walls.
