About This Item
Scrabble Flash | Electronic Word-Building Fun On-the-Go Get ready for word-building excitement with Scrabble Flash! This compact and modern version of the classic game is perfect for players of all vocabulary levels. Whether you're on a road trip or enjoying a family vacation, Scrabble Flash delivers hours of brain-teasing fun in a convenient, portable size. Featuring five SmartLink tiles, Scrabble Flash keeps track of your words and points electronically. Each tile displays a letter and can read each other's letters when they touch, making it easy to shuffle and rearrange them to create new words.
When you've formed a word, the tiles light up and beep, indicating success. At the end of the game, the tiles electronically display your final score. Scrabble Flash offers three game possibilities for solo or group play. In the Flash option, make as many words as you can from the five letters within 75 seconds.
Each five-letter word adds five seconds to the clock, adding an extra challenge. In Five Letter Flash, find one five-letter word and then receive five new letters to spell as many words as possible within the time limit. If you're playing with friends or family, try the Pass Flash option, where players pass the tiles around and try to form five-letter words before time runs out.
The last player remaining wins! Designed for players eight years and older, Scrabble Flash is easy to set up and play. The 2-inch tiles are easy to read and made of durable plastic for hassle-free handling. Batteries are included, so you can start playing right away. Don't miss out on the fun of Scrabble Flash! Hasbro Gaming Board Games 24860 Editorial Review
Scrabble Flash is a popular word game that challenges players to create words using electronic tiles. Despite its popularity, there have been several complaints about the quality and functionality of the product. Many customers have reported issues with the batteries included in the game, which are often expired or low in power. Some tiles have also been reported as faulty or not working properly. The game does not have a two-player mode, but players can keep track of their scores to determine a winner. The game can be quite expensive, with prices ranging from $40 for a new package to $20 for a pre-owned version. Overall, while Scrabble Flash can be a fun game, some customers have been disappointed with the quality and performance of the product.
