The camera supports ONVIF, making it compatible with NVRs if your NVR supports it. It also has RCA audio in, but you'll need to connect an external microphone for voice recording. However, customers had some trouble with the camera's initial setup. The camera was delivered with no cables, instructions, or specifications, making it difficult to know which power supply cables to use or how to set up the camera. Customers struggled to set up the camera without prior information about what voltage/amps the power supply uses and which software it is compatible with.
