Answer: I wouldn't use it on an outside drain as it would become diluted. It was great for bathroom and internal sink. -

Would this work in an outside slow running sewage drain?
Answer: No, Mr Muscle Drain Unblocker is not suitable for that specific cleaning purpose. We do not recommend using this product for sewage drain clogs. -
