Featuring the TrueConnect LED indicator, the TetherBoost Pro USB 3.0 Core Controller ensures signal connectivity between your DSLR, Mirrorless, or Digital Back camera and your computer. This device can be used with or without external power, providing a reliable connection in either scenario. However, adding power to the line can reduce the drain on camera and computer batteries. The TetherBoost Pro USB 3.0 Core Controller comes with an optional USB DC cable for adding a USB external battery pack (sold separately) or AC power (adapter included). This device also includes a JerkStopper Extension Lock, a locking device designed to protect cable ends from disconnects, damage, and electrical hazards. The JerkStopper Extension Lock features a simple clam-shell design and comes with two included rubber washers that waterproof your connection, providing further protection and holding the cable securely in place.
